
This was my lunch on tuesday.
Tu-tu cake was bought while the Garlic Knots were baked by yours truly.
I believe in eating foods with proper condiments. (as a sign of respect for the food) It is no exception with these freshly baked rolls. I had them with a little extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Truly, as with italian cooking, the sauces really made all the difference.
p.s. the Garlic Knots taste yummy when eaten plain too- it's just a matter of personal preference!
