Challah- the celebratory bread of the Jews. An apt bread to celebrate mother's day with:)
This bread is a little sweet and a little chewy as sugar and honey are added to the basic bread making ingredients of flour, yeast, salt and water.
Challah Dough- this complicated design is achieved by coiling plaited dough.
Baked till golden brown:)

You know, in France, by law, any bread passed off as a "baguette" may only contain 4 ingredients?
